Yes, I'm writing a novel.
It's speculative fiction, it's unfinished, and I'm keeping the details private for now. I'll share more when I'm ready.
Why I write
Research is where I test ideas against evidence. Fiction is where I can spend more time with people, choices and messy consequences.
I love dialogue, complicated characters, history and worldbuilding. I also enjoy figuring out whether the details of a scene actually make sense — which is probably the engineer in me.
